This was at Arrozeria at BGC Fort.


The sun was coming in at a great angles, and I took advantage of it to take the food. This was Their Shrimp battered in squid ink with a mojo picon sauce:


Tatin de Tomate (confit with cherry tomatoes with Parmesan sable, spinach pesto, mozarella, and greens):

Fideua Negra (a broken pasta paella with squid ink, squid, octopus, and aioli):


Paella Valenciana (chicken, rosemary, green and white beans):
