Metro Society – A Little Slice Of Spain
This was at Arrozeria at BGC Fort.
The sun was coming in at a great angles, and I took advantage of it to take the food. This was Their Shrimp battered in squid ink with a mojo picon sauce:

Deep fried ox tongue coated in béchamel with tartar sauce:
Fideua Negra (a broken pasta paella with squid ink, squid, octopus, and aioli):
Paella Valenciana (chicken, rosemary, green and white beans):
